One “universal” law that helps you most when you feel totally discouraged

When you feel totally discouraged; when you need help but can’t find anyone who can help you, remember this one law. It will keep you going without forcing yourself.

The law is: “What you put in front of you is what you get.”

Let all the thoughts of disappointment go. They won’t serve you well. Consider that it’s just feedback from people. Thanks for that fact.

Then, put the work you need to get done in front of you. Yes, that is all you need to do at that moment. Don’t force yourself anything. Slowly, if you see a tiny bit of the easiest work you can do, then do it; otherwise, just sit and look at the work. Act when something arises naturally.

You may see the next right step or some hints about what you need to do to see the next right move more clearly. When the idea of the right step you need to take emerges, you will intuitively know. Just focus on it and act. Don’t lookup.

If that is a problem that demands a solution, just put all facts related to the problem you can find in front of you. Then look at the facts. Sit with the facts. You will recognize that you need to find more facts or you can start exploring some solutions. Something will emerge that tells you the next step.

Try it. You may be very surprised! But don’t expect anything. Just be open and do it.

With enough seeing, you always find a way to move forward. In zen meditation, it’s often said “Trust your true nature!”

I call it “The path to miracles”!
