A Formula for Effortless Action
It’s all effortless. The work complete by itself.
You can use this simple formula to do any work whenever you need to, regardless of your likes or dislikes.
“Seeing is Doing;
Doing is Result.”
- So, start with Seeing: put the work you want to do in front of you and just look at it. Don’t force yourself to do anything. Don’t demand any great result. Just be with it.
- Until an idea or insight comes up, now you know what to do. Sometimes ideas and insights rush through you that make you wonder: where do they all come from? What a miracle! (yes, because you may not know the power of your seeing, your awareness.)
- Now act on what you see. As long as you are doing it, you’re in the result-building process. So, don’t be in a hurry. Whenever you get stuck, stop. Relax. Take a step back and look at the work again. More insights will come. Until you’re satisfied with the work, then take it off of your eyes (your attention).
It’s all effortless. You don’t have to use will power. The work completes by itself. Just be with it. Just keep it in your mind.
