Mentally Blocking Something is a Big Mistake!

You may ask why do you feel exhausted when trying to mentally block something in order to focus on your work?

Blocking anything limits your mental space. It’s like you try to press your foot down on the brake pedal and on the gas pedal at the same time when driving your car. Your car runs hot and can’t move. You’re stuck between and get crazy. The reason is that your attention is a one-way “traffic”. You can’t pay attention to 2 different things at the same time.

It takes energy to suppress or block something mentally. You have to hold it in your mind to block it or complain about it. If you don’t block it, where does it go? It will disappear into infinite space. So why do you hold it in mind and say “it doesn’t exist” at the same time? Just release it.

So:

- Don’t try to mentally block or blame anything; that means don’t hold anything you don’t need in mind. Don’t label anything as bad. If you don’t hold something in mind, it can’t affect you. But if you do, you just waste your energy in it without getting any benefits.

- Just flow with what you intend to do. Just keep showing up to your work. You will see the miracles happen: you found what you want much faster!

Dr. David Hawkins wrote on the letting go:

“In a freer state, that which is chosen manifests in our life effortlessly.”
