Lose Gratitude, Lose Much!
Gratitude is No.1 factor that makes you in love with life.

Just look around – how many things we use daily did we actually create? The coffee maker, the microwave and oatmeal for breakfast; the car that takes us to work; the roads, the trees… Probably none of those are our creations.
Appreciate the countless things you have used daily is abundance. It fills you with compassion and gratitude. That’s true love for life and that love is abundance.
When I realized this, all unhappy memories became insignificant. All difficulties seem minor compared to what I’ve been given. Truly, you can be the happiest person on the planet by looking around and acknowledging what you’ve received. Not to mention precious gifts from the Universe: the sun, the rain, the soil, the air, and pure invisible infinite energy.
You’ll never have to “practice” gratitude, if you truly see this. You won’t view gratitude as a technique to get something, as manifestation Gurus often suggest – like writing down three things you’re grateful for each day. Only three?
Instead, you will feel deeply grateful and happy just by looking of what have served you daily. You’ll naturally want to offer the best of yourself to others.
You can contribute to humanity right now by bringing the best qualities within you into daily activities and making this your default habit. This energy already helps others in an unseen way. What you offer to others also come out of your best qualities.
On the other hand, when we’re driven by ambition, comparison, or anger, we only want to act for our small selves. This little self only “sees” its own feeling and emotion, with very narrow interpretations. That’s exactly why our small selves often fail – because its actions are self-serving. This purpose may not align with the purpose of others.
Leave the small self behind. Embrace the Big Self and flow with life.
Oh, how ignorance I’d been for so long…
