How does being mindful transform into wealth?

It comes from the law presented in the diagram below:

According to Eckhart Tolle, stillness is intelligence itself.

“True intelligence operates silently. Stillness is where creativity and solutions to problems are found.”

-       But don’t try to be still!

If you try to be still, your mind will create this state superficially; and you will feel you’re boxed.

Stillness is the by-product, an effect of being mindful moment to moment.

The state of being still is the result of the “process” of being mindful.

But if you can be total at this moment, the process takes no time.

Stillness is the peak of mindfulness.

-       How to find stillness in action?

The best way to arrive to stillness in doing is to relax, surrender to the moment, and “just do it”.

Accept everything else. Tell your mind: Nothing is a problem at this moment.

Then your action will be total: You have found stillness in action.

Eckhart Tolle said, “Whenever you deeply accept this moment as it is – no matter what form it takes – you are still, at peace.”

Accept whatever appears on the way, then you can take full steps toward your destination.

Fighting with any, within or without, and you stop and get stuck in it.

Accept everything and flow your way!

Be grateful for everything and flow your way!

Then you can have anything you want, including wealth!

-       Some practices that help you find stillness in movements:

o   Pure seeing, pure listening also induces stillness. When you completely see something without verbalizing it, you jump into the center of your being. You are still. When you completely listen to sound or the gap between words, you also become still.

o   Doing a tiny, fully aware action also induces stillness and enjoyment.

o   Practice meditative yoga or walking meditation.
